First off, I don’t think ‘anime’ means what you think it means.  You know what they call Donald Duck in Japan?  Anime.  Because Anime is the word used for animation in Japan.  So, in short, if you draw anime, you draw a cartoon style (also, spell check on aisle ‘Cartons’).  So do a little research on the term before you go throwing it around.  Kthxbai.

Second, what the fuck right do you have, OP, to determine how an artist should or shouldn’t draw.  If you aren’t paying for something, you have no right in the slightest, and if you ARE paying for something, I’m hoping that it’s because you like the style of the artist.

Finally, you’re a fucking idiot.  No one cares if you hate a particular style.  If you don’t like it, vote with your feet, don’t try to convince an artist that combining two art styles into a singular style is wrong.  Some of the best artists I’ve ever seen were those not confined in a box that says ‘Japanese-styled artist’ or ‘American-styled artist’.

I really hate entitled attitudes like this.  It was not done for you unless you paid for it.  If you didn’t, you don’t have a leg to stand on, and if you did, you ONLY have a right with the piece you actually paid for.  NO ONE has the right to dictate what an artists draws, paints, etc UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT.  If you aren’t, stfu.

So Republic City is pretty huge in the Legend of Korra. Imagine what Ba Sing Se is like. It’s either really run down, like a big Detroit, since Republic City probably stole a lot of its thunder. Or it’s really fuck huge, with 75 years of advancement on top of what it had before..
