Traveler’s Stockings

Description
These stockings come in a matching pair and appear as regular ankle high, cotton socks. When worn, they change appearance and provide effects based on the mental leanings of the wearer. The highest of the three mental Ability Scores determines the stockings effects.
If the wearer has Intelligence highest, the socks change to thick, woolen, warm stockings and cover just past the ankle. Once per day, by adjusting the stockings as a Swift Action, the wearer gains insights into the most tread paths and best ways to cross distances, granting them a +5 bonus to Knowledge (Geography) skill checks for 1 hour.
If the wearer has Wisdom highest, the stockings change to robust, thick, and comfortable socks that cover the calf. Once per day, by adjusting the socks as a Swift Action, the wearer knows where to step for 1 minute without placing their feet on harmful spaces (such as caltrops or trap triggers). This does not impede or slow the wearer’s movement but does not allow the wearer to walk over surfaces it would not normally be able to walk over (such as lava or sky).
If the wearer has Charisma highest, the stockings change to thigh height stockings of thin, semi transparent cotton. Once per day, by adjusting the stockings, the wearer can distract intelligent creatures of their type within 20 feet who can see them. Affected creatures take a -2 penalty to attack rolls, damage rolls, Reflex saving throws, and skill checks for 1d4 rounds. Creatures receive a Will save to resist this effect (DC 10 + the wearer’s Charisma).

So, I think I didn’t make it because I put too much in one item and probably got a few minor details wrong (like the cost and required spells). Any thoughts?
I think I’m going to do the things posted by Paizo for the contest anyways. The next round is an organization, so expect that in the coming days.
