We should totally hunt together sometime. I’m usually on Friday nights, occasionally other days, but I do most of my hunting on Friday nights. Even if it’s just low rank quests, I don’t mind playing the game. It’s sometimes fun to just completely mow down weak monsters.
In Monster Hunter Tri tonight:
I lost about 100 Wyvern Claws on Alatreon tonight and only got 3 tails in return because the rooms I went to were full of idiots who couldn’t dodge its super telegraphed attacks even with Evasion +1/2 and kept dying. And that’s rooms plural. There were a whole lot of idiots on the game tonight. Enough that I stopped looking for Alatreon rooms and just went gathering in the volcano.
For those that don’t know, Wyvern Claws are fairly uncommon items, not rare, but rare enough that they take effort and/or resources to get. They’re used to make Lifepowders and Clust 2 ammo, both of which are handy things to have. Plus, you need to carry them on you to make the ammo in the field because you can only carry 5 of the shots by default and 50 claws.
