i can’t believe I haven’t posted this egg dish yet. I’ve made it like ten+ times now and haven’t stopped to take a pic and upload it.

It’s ham and eggs, cooking the eggs on top of the ham, but the trick is to cover the pan so the eggs are steamed.

Here’s the video hat inspired it. The difference between this and the one I make is that I use Trader Joe’s Rosemary Ham.

The other day I made egg with rosemary ham fritatas…well…they’re technically not fritatas I think, but whatever, they were awesome.
