Over the past couple weeks, this is the egg dish I’ve been obsessed over making and perfecting. I got the basic recipe here but I’ve been adding things to the eggs when they’re almost fully cooked, specifically ham or bacon: http://youtu.be/HKWsOLR4wOE
I also use a Spanish olive oil on the bread instead of the generic stuff, at least until I run out of the Spanish stuff.
Today’s giant ass breakfast.
Why giant? America that’s why!
Rosemary ham and eggs, Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness, pumpkin toast, and Trader Joe’s Colombian coffee from my french press.
Yeah, be jealous Tumblr, be very jealous.
i can’t believe I haven’t posted this egg dish yet. I’ve made it like ten+ times now and haven’t stopped to take a pic and upload it.
It’s ham and eggs, cooking the eggs on top of the ham, but the trick is to cover the pan so the eggs are steamed.
Here’s the video hat inspired it. The difference between this and the one I make is that I use Trader Joe’s Rosemary Ham.
The other day I made egg with rosemary ham fritatas…well…they’re technically not fritatas I think, but whatever, they were awesome.

A rare combination of adorableness and deliciousness.
I also got to play with my aunt’s cat and overdosed on honey-glazed ham tonight.
