I’m like that with RPG books.
Granted I have a bit of extra cash to play around with becuase of Christmas and New Years I didn’t even think to look at my bank account first before placing an order(Very rare since I’m kinda a penny pincher). I actually just commissioned the guy who did the cute little Wartortle I just posted and his prices are a steal.
At the used bookstore, there’s the 4 volume set of AD&D Spell Compendium books. $12.50 each, next payday, I will acquire them. (I’m supporting local businesses.)
I can tell it’s a big deal when we’re using verbs like acquire lol. But no that’s good I hate that all these book stores are closing :(
It’s been there since I was little and there’s always a few people there at a time. I’m guessing it will be a while before it goes anywhere. Next time you’re in the area I’ll point it out to you. Actually, I bought the Complete Handbook to Wizards the other day for 7. ACQUIRE ALL THE AD&D USED BOOKS.
